At ToyToons, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
We are here to support you before and after your purchase.
Please review the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled if the product has not yet been dispatched. Please email us at toytoons.in@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
- Upon cancellation, store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.
Transit Damage
- Record an Opening Video: Please record a video while opening the parcel, ensuring that the damaged item is clearly visible.
- If the product is found damaged in the video, we will replace it immediately.
- Without an opening video, we will be unable to assist with any issues.
- Email the opening video to toytoons.in@gmail.com to initiate the replacement process.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product. If the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued.
- Exchanges are limited to one per order.
- Customized products made to customer specifications are not eligible for exchange. Please be cautious when ordering personalized items.
- Exchanges are not accepted for reasons related to personal preference, such as disliking the product or its color. We carefully source high-quality products, and all details are provided in the product description. Please review them carefully before placing your order.
- All sale items, discounted items, or items purchased with coupons or gift vouchers are non-exchangeable.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
- If there is a sizing issue with the product, please email us at toytoons.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Size details are provided in the product descriptions, so we encourage you to check these before ordering.
- An actual video of the product being repackaged must be shared with us. Additional shipping charges may apply, depending on the parcel size.
- In some cases, if reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to send the product back to us at your own expense.
- If the product is not handed over within 5-7 business days from the date of the exchange request, the request will be canceled.
Return and Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed and credited within 4-6 working days to the original payment method, depending on your bank's processing timeline.

- We will respond within 24-48 hours to assist you with the exchange process.
